OPSM is urging parents to protect their children's eyes by following the sun smart message

SLIP (on a shirt)
            SLOP (on some sunscreen)
SLAP (on a hat)
          SLIDE (on some shades)

Try to teach your children this little rule of thumb to further protect them
from the harmful rays from our truly beloved sun.
When buying sunglasses for yourself and your children make sure you remember:

• Make sure sunglasses block 100%! of UVA and UVB rays
• Choose sunglasses that fit your child’s face well!
• Look out for sunglasses that are large enough to shield
the eyes from most angles
• Add a wide brimmed hat to help reduce
the amount of UV radiation that reaches their eyes

Want to win a pair of these exact amazing Ray-Ban Aviators?
Upload a picture of your child wearing sunnies and tag it
