Sometimes, I have to say, I struggle to choose pieces for the kids. There is just so much amazingness out there these days, and the children's wear market is a buzzing and ever growing one.
Do I go for those colours or that pattern, or did everyone else choose this thing so we should go for that thing instead... why feature something everyone already knows... right?
Well, I am pleased to say that when I chose these pieces from the incredibly fabulous australian store, Buckets and Spades, I chose well. I love the fact that they match so well, without it being too obvious. He is a DUDE and he likes dude things (granted, he is a soft and gentle soul as well, he is often controlled and overwhelmed by emotions and I know that the tasks of our future will be to teach him how to deal with his emotions appropriately...but he is only 4. We have plenty of time.)
She is a little princess. I swore I would NEVER call my little girl a princess, but she is. Delicate (super super messy!) and gentle (and rough, tough and fearless) and oh how beautiful she is in the prettiest of dresses too. And this dress, this stunning Tutu Du Monde dress, makes her feel so special. (and him taking her hands, saying "oh what a pretty princess. Lets dance" and twirling her around the living room, well, that just adds to her self esteem and I cannot thank him enough for being such a sweet sweet soul. (I swear I am not making this up. He is 4 going on a gentleman 16 (then he has a tantrum and is back to being 4 again. Of course.) I swear it took a mere 5 minutes of her wearing this on the beach before people started coming over to comment on this amazing piece. It is made of the softest cotton, its a piece of be-still-my-heart. Then he shares his ice-cream with her and my heart is bursting. My cool Mr C in his purple and pink. God I love how he can wear it ALL! The cap is the Hi stack cap from Munster kidsSS14, the tee is called Peace wave, and the shorts are called Oasis boardies. And together, this is called Purple Perfection. All of this available at Buckets and Spades.

Buckets and spades has an incredible inventory, and stock some amazing pieces from Chloe, Little Marc Jacobs, Munster kids, Tutu Du monde, Minti and Mini rodini to mention a selected few, and if you don't know this fabulous store already, you should go over and have a look. Get amazed. Find some quality pieces to love.

Until next time my loves xxxx

Ps: might I just add:: I LIVE IN THIS PARADISE!!! Im so sorry to brag, but I just had to. At least once...  #sorrynotsorry

Yes Mr.P winter is here! :: Featuring Little Creative factory

This past weekend was only a mere taste of the kind of cold that us on the Northeast are going to be experiencing this winter. Mr. P was born in the summer time and for whatever reason seems to prefer the colder months. He has been asking about winters arrival for weeks now, and finally I was able to say YES babe winter is here!! Thankfully I was able to keep him warm with this amazing winter outfit from Little Creative Factory.

I initially discovered this gorgeous line here, and immediately wanted to learn more about this company and was amazed to see the range of garments from babies to adults, both for mamas and the stylish men in their lives. I knew straight away that I wanted P to have a coat from this range, so I chose this retro model, and couldn't be more pleased. I love that this style has a very retro,  old school vibe hence the name of the coat, it reminds me of a photo of my mom that I have of when she was a babe. Think 1960's in Central Park. ( So loved how my granny dressed my mom) Really proper like, this coat makes my boy look like he is always so well behaved!

The Company's philosophy is based on a slow way of manufacturing, which means meticulous attention to detail, and a new way to look at producing the fabrics for their garments as well. The coats sheep skin lining is made using %100 cotton and as soft as can be, as well as the very cosy warm simple scarf. This brand has everything a parent can wish for when style, comfort and the values of  sustainability are apart of what they strive to to give to their children.

I can not think of a better, more stylish or warmer way to spend these next few cold months.
Mr. P is pretty much all set for the winter...
Follow me and my babe here, and The sweet ladies from this brand can be found here,

Be well and stay warm~

I have said many times how much of a fan I am of Munster Kids (take a look HERE ::) and I have to admit that I am beyond thrilled to be able to feature them on my blog. This is THE brand I love to dress Mr C in: it just fits him to a T! Skate, surf and summer, sticks and bones, paint and colours: Word!
And luckily for me, my miss W is a perfect fit for the Missie Munster line as well. She is a tomboy. A rough and tough little creature. She loves to skateboard, probably more than mr C does. And she is fearless.
I immediately fell in love with some pieces (read: ALL) from their SS14, and if I could, my kids would have one of everything, because truly, it is that good.

Mr C has gone all colourful on us this season and is rocking everything from green island prints to purple palms and stacks of skateboards. On this particular day he wore Munster kids SS14 paintball boardies and paints cap  and this being his first ever boardies, he loved every minute in these shorts.
Miss W wore her Missie Munster Spotted one piece swimsuit . The quality of Munster kids swimwear is absolutely fabulous: these aussies surely know what they are dealing with when it comes to sand and salt water. Perfect quality. Soft and durable. And totally awesome.

Cal also wore his new kicks from AKID brand. These shoes are the bees knees! With the multicoloured marble sole, and the absolutely softest suede leather EVER, I have to admit, AKID shoes are FAR better than I thought they would be. The sole is light and bendy, the leather is perfection and the softness is out of this world. Bravo AKID: Not only do these kicks look fabulous, they ARE fabulous!

So from us here in beautiful summer wonderland to you:: have a lovely week.

The Dapper Mr.P's Holiday Style featuring :: Flora And Henri

The holiday season is fast on its way with all of the festive parties, and trips to see family, and Pie! (Apple Quince Pie for me thank you)! Mr. P has begun to ask about Christmas of course.... Already... and I am just thinking about Thanks Giving! Yikes!!

Dressing your little darlings for these occasions can be a daunting deed indeed, and while I never "wish" I had a little lass to dress, I imagine it being a bit easier... a dress or skirt with or without a frill, tights, and a sweet Mary Jane shoe. For the Boys However it takes a bit of imagining and these Super Stylish pieces from Flora and Henri may just do the trick!

This brand is a forever favourite of mine as I have dressed my babe in the cotton basics from this line since he was a wee bean.  Flora and Henri creates the most beautiful and thoughtfully made clothing evoking a simple Euro aesthetic and fabrication, which is sometimes just what you and your holiday trip to see Grandmother need. Soft Cotton, and clean lines... Style without the fuss!

We took this lovely holiday look out for a test run this past weekend and Mr. P is way into these pieces as well, as they offer maximum comfort and freedom of movement.. because lets face it this kid has got places to go!! These and other amazing outfits for boys and girls can be procured here. Hope Everyone has a very Happy and Yummy Turkey Day!

Peace from me and Mr.P~
