FILEMON KID SS17 // ADVENTURES WITH MR L AND THE COUSINS, IN THE SWEDISH MEADOWS :: BACK TO THE IRON AGE

I’m very excited to share with you Mr L adventure in Sweden with his cousins Mr E and baby F. This day we went to Ale’s Stenar. It’s a “stone ship” on top of a hill from the Iron Age, made around 1400 years ago. Before the Viking age…If it is a ship, a calendar, a tomb or a watch, no one really knows what it is or why it was build, but it is a very pretty spot and the view is breathtaking. We were very lucky this day the poppies were in blossom on the hillside. We have been here several times before but never with the red colored hills, just amazing. Defiantly worth a visit! The sheep’s were also out this day making the hike up the hill a bit more interesting for the boys. Especially the sheep poo J
After the hike we had the Swedish traditional dish smoked herring with mashed potatoes and lingon berries. Surprisingly Leon had a big portion; maybe it was because I had promised him ice cream after…
The boys got all dressed up in the organic playful Swedish label Filemon kid.
Created by Sara Cambladh. They design colorful clothes with fun animal prints!
The favorite piece from this season is defiantly the baseball jacket with the balloon animals on it.
Of course I had to pick the cute Koala T-shirt and the leggings with the koalas on their knees for my little Koala… Mr E picked out the signature Raccoon T-shirt and shorts. Baby F got to wear the super soft and warm onesie with the raccoon animals on it. That’s defiantly a garment to recommend to put on babies! The quality is super soft GOTS certificated cotton and made in Turkey.
Wish you all a great day exploring!
