I’m so excited to share with you our little adventure from the town of ‘THE BIG BANANA! Yes it’s funny here in Australia, lot’s of towns have an attraction they which they build which is a super big symbol to try to get attention and tourism! This is what’s make Coffs Harbour famous. Of course I took Mr L to a little walk across the banana plantation.
He loved to explore it and we got to try some local grown bananas too! They tasted delicious. A special sweeter taste than the ones you buy in the supermarket.
As it’s a tourist destination they had the cutest little candy shop where they made homemade lollipops. We got to watch them demonstrate the making of lollies and I couldn’t resist to treat Mr L with a big lollipop banana. He loved it!
Mr L matched well in surroundings with his Tao and Friends banana eating gorilla T-shirt and matching sweatpants. Many people went up to me and said he was wearing the funniest outfit and wish they could buy it in the gift shop. They are from the cool Swedish organic brand Tao & Friends who just recently launched there second collection SS17 and it’s so much joy and colorful prints on the clothes! This are the clothes Mr L picks when he dresses himself.
What I love about them as well is that they are always working towards good will. One fixed amount of €1 for every item sold goes towards a chosen charity every year!
During our stay in Coffs, we went for a visit as well to the tropical Coffs Harbour Butterfly house and Mr L got stoked to hold a butterfly in his hands! That day he wears his comfortable Marine Flamingo cozy outfit! It’s really great all Tao and Friends clothes are unisex and I just love to ad a bit of pink in his wardrobe!
Enjoy your adventures this weekend!
